Technical documentation
3D modelling and technical documentation: workshop and manufacturing drawings.
What is delivered.
A drawing set a workshop can build from without a phone call. Scope is fixed in writing before work starts; anything not listed here is quoted separately.
The design is done, but the drawings are not.
Models or sketches are agreed internally, but nothing is dimensioned, toleranced or released, and the build is waiting on paper.
Your drawings have grown inconsistent.
Sheets come from several hands over several years, with no common template, tolerance class or revision scheme.
Documentation has to leave the company.
Documentation is going to a supplier, a certifying body or a client, and it has to be complete and legible without the author standing next to it.
Five steps, stated inputs.
Each step names what TEHNORA needs from you, so the delivery date holds.
Required from you
What the documentation is for (fabrication, assembly, procurement or handover) and any existing CAD, drawings or part numbering.
Required from you
Written confirmation of the scope and the delivery date. Countersigned NDA, if you asked for one.
Required from you
Confirmation of materials, stock sizes and supplier constraints that the model has to respect.
Required from you
Your drawing template, title block and tolerance defaults. One review (call or marked-up PDF) inside the agreed window.
Required from you
Consolidated comments per revision cycle, so the index stays readable.

| Mesh models for print or inspection | STL |
| Native files are issued at the SOLIDWORKS version agreed in the scope. Neutral formats accompany every native delivery. | |
SOLIDWORKS
Part and assembly modelling, drawing production, configurations and bills of material. Native files issued at the version agreed in the scope.
DraftSight
2D drawing production and legacy DWG work, for archives and suppliers that stay in 2D.
Drawings are issued on your sheet template, title block and tolerance defaults. Where none is supplied, TEHNORA issues on its own sheet format and states the projection method and general tolerance class on every sheet.
CSWP is examined on drawing production as well as modelling: views, sections, dimensioning and bills of materials to a timed standard. That is the whole of this service.
01 Who owns the IP, and is an NDA signed?
Files are treated as confidential. If you want an NDA, it is signed before you send any files; it can be yours, or TEHNORA issues one. Models, drawings and source data are yours on final payment; TEHNORA keeps no reuse right and no derivative library.
02 Can you work to our drawing template and standards?
Yes. Supply the sheet template, title block, tolerance defaults and part numbering, and the set is issued in your house format. Where none exists, TEHNORA issues on its own sheet format and states projection method and general tolerance class on every sheet.
03 Do you produce drawings from models we already have?
Yes, and it is the common case. Supply native SOLIDWORKS or a STEP file and the set is drawn from it. Where the model has to be rebuilt to be drawable, that is stated in the scope before work starts, not afterwards.
04 How are revisions handled?
Every issue carries a revision index and a change note listing what moved. Revision cycles inside the agreed scope are covered by the fixed price; a scope change is re-quoted in writing before work continues.
05 What are typical lead times?
It depends on how demanding the project is, driven by sheet count rather than the complexity of any one part. The committed date is written into the quote with the fee, before work starts.
Send your drawings and request a quote.
Attach drawings, models, sketches or photographs. A written quote stating scope, fee and delivery date follows by email.
