Mechanical design and technical documentation services.
Design support to your own drawing standards and templates, in SOLIDWORKS and DraftSight. Every project starts with a written quote stating scope, price and delivery date.
Equipment & structure design, technical documentation and reverse engineering.
Each service has a clearly defined scope and deliverables. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, before work continues.
Equipment & structure design
Machines, fixtures and industrial equipment modelled as complete assemblies, detailed to the point a workshop can build from the drawing without a phone call. Sheet metal and steel structures are detailed against your press capability, stock sizes and fabrication method.
Includes
Deliverables
3D assemblies · weldment cut lists · flat patterns with bend tables · manufacturing drawings · bill of materials
Technical documentation
Models and drawing sets produced from an existing design, a supplier's data or a concept, and issued as a controlled document set. Every sheet states projection method, general tolerance class and revision index.
Includes
Deliverables
3D models · dimensioned and toleranced sheets · assembly and installation drawings · bill of materials · revision index
Reverse engineering & CAD reconstruction
Physical parts, scan data, paper drawings and legacy DWG files reconstructed as parametric 3D models and re-issued as a current drawing set. Deviations from the original are recorded rather than silently corrected.
Includes
Deliverables
parametric 3D models · reconstructed drawing sets · converted DWG and DXF · watertight STL for printing and inspection
SOLIDWORKS
Part and assembly modelling, weldments, sheet metal, drawings and configurations. Native files issued at the version agreed in the scope.
DraftSight
2D drawing production and legacy DWG work, for archives and suppliers that stay in 2D.
Drawings are issued on your sheet template, title block and tolerance defaults. Where none is supplied, TEHNORA issues on its own sheet format and states the projection method and general tolerance class on every sheet.
