When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, the following is processed:

• name, company and email address
• the project description and attached files (drawings, models, photographs)
• IP address, browser type and time of sending, to protect the form against abuse and spam

An enquiry sent directly by email is handled the same way, without the technical data from the form.

The purpose is to answer the enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). The technical data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address the enquiry cannot be answered.

When you choose a language, the browser stores a cookie named tehnora_lang holding the language code (hr, en or de) for one year. It is used only to show the error page in the language you chose.

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how the site is used. Google Analytics then stores the cookies _ga and _ga_L26JP1YHWX, which hold a browser identifier for 13 months, and processes data about the pages visited, device, browser, approximate location and where the visit came from. IP addresses are not stored. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.

There are no other cookies: no advertising and no third-party content, and the fonts are served from this server.

• Hawk Host Inc. (Canada), hosting provider. The server is located in the United Kingdom.
• Google Ireland Limited, provider of Google Workspace, through which enquiries are delivered by email and correspondence is kept, and, with your consent, of Google Analytics.

The European Commission has adopted adequacy decisions for the United Kingdom and Canada. Google may also process data in the United States under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

Data is not sold or shared for marketing.

• Attached files are deleted from the server as soon as the enquiry has been delivered by email. If delivery fails, they are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
• The record of the enquiry (the form data, without files) is deleted after 24 months.
• IP addresses used to limit the number of submissions are deleted after three days at the most.
• Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, and the _ga cookies expire after 13 months.
• Email correspondence is kept as long as it is needed for the enquiry and any work that follows from it. If a contract is concluded, documents are kept for the periods required by law.

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to info@tehnora.hr. A reply follows within one month at the latest.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority where you live.

No decisions are made by automated means. Google Analytics data is used only as aggregate visit statistics.
