TEHNORA is a mechanical design office. It works for manufacturers of machines, special-purpose machinery and fixtures, sheet metal and steel structures and industrial equipment. Clients come from the automotive, food and pharmaceutical industries and other branches of mechanical engineering.
Engagement is per project, not per hour: you send the files, an NDA is signed if you want one, you receive a written quote with scope and price, and delivery comes in native SOLIDWORKS and neutral formats under a revision index.

Clear terms from the first day.
A non-disclosure agreement is signed on request, before you send files. It can be yours, or TEHNORA issues one if you have none. Models, drawings and source data are yours on final payment and are not reused or shown as references without written release.
Every engagement starts with a written quote: what is modelled, which drawings are produced and in which formats, with a fixed fee and a delivery date. No hourly billing.
Every drawing issue carries a revision mark and a description of the change. Revisions inside the agreed scope are included in the price; a change of scope is agreed in writing before work continues.
Native SOLIDWORKS and DraftSight files at the agreed version, together with neutral formats (DXF, STEP, IGES, STL and PDF) and the drawing set as PDF.
One point of contact from enquiry to delivery, a written progress note after every phase, and replies within one working day. Comments are taken consolidated per revision, so changes stay easy to follow.
